Anthony Sparzo – BASW
Anthony Sparzo is the CEO and founder of Phoenix Rising Intervention and Mentoring services. Anthony has been involved in the addiction field for 10 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social work from Brandman University. Anthony has been conducting interventions for 7 years and is in the process of completing Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) certification through the Pennsylvania State Board. Anthony specializes in court advocacy, building cases that show cause that rehabilitation over incarceration is possible.
Anthony has worked and guided clients who are facing prison time, to courts dismissing certain prison time in favor of the rehabilitation that has taken place. Anthony’s passion for recovery comes from his own background as a former addict who is now 12 years clean from Alcohol and Heroin addiction. Anthony believes that each client should be handled with hope and understanding no matter the circumstances, he feels that recovery has many layers and rewards and for optimal outcome one must be willing to take the necessary steps to evolve from the darkness of addiction to the light of recovery.
In his free time Anthony enjoys time spent with family & friends, being a father and a grandfather. He enjoys the gym, yoga, concerts and Yankee games. He loves to travel and spend long days at the beach.

Eryn Sparzo – MFT #87926
Eryn Sparzo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of White Heron Counseling, whose focus is in healing trauma and supporting those who are affected by substance abuse disorder.
Eryn is trained in somatic modalities such as EMDR and Brainspotting and is a graduate from the University of San Francisco with a Masters degree in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy.
Eryn is in the process of completing Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) certification through the Pennsylvania State Board. Eryn uses an integrated approach to therapy in order to provide a customized treatment plan for each client and their family. She offers compassionate treatment, education and ongoing support from intervention through case management to the entire family system.
Eryn works with people of all ages, genders and sexual orientations providing a safe, non judgmental environment where her clients are able to heal from unresolved trauma, develop a strong recovery program, recognize their strengths and rebuild relationships. Her desire is to walk along side her clients as they seek to rediscover their truths and live authentic joyful lives. Eryn believes that everyone is exactly where they need to be in each moment of their life to learn the next valuable lesson set before them and is committed to meeting each client in that place. She believes that through authentic healing work we can all reconnect to our true selves, hear our wisest voice and break free from the distorted narratives written our of our past experiences.
